Sales Executive- Health Insurance

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our health insurance team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Your key responsibilities will include selling health insurance products to individuals and businesses, identifying and generating new leads through various channels, maintaining and building relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, conducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to company growth. Additionally, you will provide clients with detailed product information and assist in policy selection. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in sales, preferably in health insurance or related industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with being self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented. You should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of health insurance products is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
