About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to join our Immigration Consultancy team. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education consulting, credit card/insurance sales, or tele-calling roles. Candidates with tele-calling experience and background in credit card or insurance sales will be given priority due to their strong customer-handling and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration pathways, eligibility, and process.
• Convert leads into successful applications through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
• Provide detailed information about visa categories, documentation requirements, and service benefits.
• Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
• Guide clients through the initial stage of the immigration process with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the counselling team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Prior experience in telecalling, insurance, or credit card sales will be given high preference.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
