Job Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement : Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Product Knowledge : Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Sales Targets : Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Stock Management : Ensure proper display and organization of products in the store; monitor stock levels and request restocks when needed.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate sales records and report performance to the Sales Manager.
• Customer Service : Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Promotional Activities : Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns to boost store sales.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and improve store operations.
