Responsible for field sales and market development in West Bengal.
Identify and appoint dealers/distributors for HDPE Flexible Pipes & Tarpaulin products.
Visit farmers, retailers, and channel partners to generate demand and promote products.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure payment follow-ups.
Gather market feedback on competitors and pricing trends.
Participate in product demos, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 12 years in Agriculture Hardware / Agriculture Input / Irrigation Products industry preferred
Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Other: Must be open to extensive field travel within West Bengal
Languages: Bengali, Hindi, and basic English preferred
Salary: As per industry standards + Travel Allowance
