Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Make daily outbound calls to leads and prospects from the given database* Pitch residential and commercial properties to potential clients* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options* Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients* Personally accompany clients to site visits across Gurgaon* Follow up regularly to convert leads into successful closures* Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and visit outcomes* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:
* Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate sector* Excellent communication and convincing skills* Willingness to travel within Gurgaon for client site visits* Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented* Familiarity with Gurgaon property locations is a plus* Good command of Hindi and basic English* Must have a two-wheeler (mandatory)
