Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels.
Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Negotiate and close property deals to meet sales targets.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, client database, and follow-up schedules.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property rates.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities for real estate projects. Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, and market trends is a plus.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (up to ₹50,000 or as per company policy).
