You are an energetic and driven Sales Executive who will be a valuable addition to our real estate team at Geoffrey Infra Pvt. Ltd. (Gi Real Estate). Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting client site visits, and successfully closing property sales. Your key duties will involve generating leads, establishing strong client relationships, conducting property site visits, presenting suitable projects based on client requirements, negotiating and finalizing sales deals, and staying informed about market trends and competition. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum qualification of 12th Pass (preferably Graduation), possess excellent communication skills with proficiency in Hindi (knowledge of English is an advantage), hold prior experience in sales (preferably in Real Estate), own a mobile phone and two-wheeler, and demonstrate a target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
