Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals (HCPs), chemists, and potential clients to introduce pharmaceutical products and services.
• Handle inbound queries regarding product details, stock availability, or medical representative visits.
• Complete monthly sales target
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
• Generate leads for the field sales team and schedule appointments.
• Support in promotional campaigns, sample dispatch coordination, and follow-ups for product trials or orders.
• Provide product-related information to doctors and chemists in a clear, professional manner.
• Share reports and call summaries with the sales team and management regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
