Position: Sales Executive (Online)
Industry: Premium Eyewear Brand (Like Gucci, Ray-Ban, Burberry, Tom Ford, Oakley, Boss, Dita, Hublot, Lindberg, Versace, Cazal, Lacoste, Prada, Michael Kors, Chanel, Jimmy Choo, and Maui Jim, etc.
Location: South Delhi, New Delhi (Candidates within 10 km preferred)
Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• · Handle online sales inquiries and convert leads into successful transactions.
• · Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
• · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• · Maintain knowledge of the latest eyewear trends, products, and brand updates.
• · Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• · Manage and execute online sales operations efficiently to meet and exceed targets.
• · Handle customer interactions professionally through various online channels.
• · Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
• · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• · Stay updated with the latest eyewear products, trends, and brand developments.
• · Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10 years in online or retail sales (experience in eyewear, luxury, or Jewellery industry preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional Skills: Strong negotiation, customer service, and relationship management abilities.
• Personal Traits: Punctual, proactive, and target-driven with a high level of accountability.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work as per a roster schedule, including weekends if required.
• Location: Must reside in South Delhi.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
