Sales Executive (Fun Consultant)

As a Fun Consultant, you will warmly welcome and approach each customer from the moment they step in, ensuring to make eye contact and create a positive shopping experience. Embodying the attitude of sheer customer delight, your primary focus will be to exceed customer expectations by efficiently adhering to all company procedures and policies and working collaboratively with the team to provide award-winning customer service. Your key responsibilities will include contributing to achieve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by utilizing your knowledge of trends to guide each customer in selecting products that align with their needs and individuality. You will also play a role in merchandising, maintaining the store ambiance in line with brand standards, and actively seeking opportunities to enhance the overall store performance and create a niche in the vicinity or mall.
