Job Location - Bangalore (Work from office only)

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on sales performance and trends.
• Manage and handle all sales correspondence and inquiries along with sending trip proposals to agents and clients
• Manage all the lead generation efforts, sources and work towards maximizing leads to conversion output
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the travel or adventure industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and generate insights.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Passion for trekking, outdoor activities, and adventure travel.
