Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bapali for a Sales Executive (Fresher) at Counsel India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into enrolled students. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective learners, providing detailed information about our programs, maintaining customer databases, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques
• Ability to engage with customers and provide product knowledge effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer records
• Bachelor's degree
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Fluency in English and any local language is a plus
