About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Freelancer Sales Representatives to onboard hotels to our platform. This is a purely commission-based opportunity with attractive earnings for each successful hotel tie-up and additional performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and build relationships with hotel owners/managers for tie-ups.
• Pitch our services and onboard hotels after approval from our team.
• Maintain accurate records of hotel contacts, meetings, and onboarding progress.
• Achieve monthly targets to unlock bonus incentives.

Earnings Structure:

• ₹200 commission per hotel successfully onboarded (after approval).
• ₹5,000 extra bonus on achieving 50 hotel onboardings in a month.
• ₹10,000 extra bonus on achieving 100 hotel onboardings in a month.
• Unlimited earning potential – the more hotels you onboard, the more you earn.

Eligibility:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior sales/business development experience preferred (hospitality/real estate sector is a plus).
• Freshers with strong motivation and convincing skills are welcome.
• Smartphone and internet access are required.
