Sales Executive for Nadia District

As a Sales & Marketing Executive for Agriculture Tools based in Nadia, your role involves customer visits to understand requirements, project estimation, and formulating techno-commercial proposals. You will be responsible for networking with influencers such as Dealers, Sub-dealers, Consumers, Farmers, and Project Consultants. Your key responsibilities include: - Gathering project information from various resources - Converting project information into enquiries - Preparing estimated offer sheets - Reading various tenders to identify suitable opportunities for the organization - Preparing a checklist before participating in tenders - Following up with clients - Conducting market scanning and gathering a suitable database - Following up with old clients for new business - Promoting the brand - Daily reporting to your immediate manager and updating on progress - Organizing influencers meet To excel in this role, you should possess: - Basic knowledge of Sales & Marketing methods - Good presentation skills - Negotiation skills - Customer service skills - Good convincing abilities - Presentable demeanor The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Agriculture Sales, with technical competencies in commercial acumen, sales processes, and product knowledge. Your educational qualification should be at least Higher Secondary or Graduate level. You should have the ability to meet targets within set deadlines, work well in a team, and thrive in a competitive market environment. The salary range for this position is 12k-15k in hand per month, along with incentives, TA, DA, and other benefits.
