About the Role:Flickship is hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven professionals for the role of Sales Executive in our BPO voice process team. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are keen to develop their sales and communication skills while catering to US-based clients.🔧 Responsibilities:Handle outbound voice calls to engage and convert potential US-based clients.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to overall team goals.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.Collaborate with team leads and managers for continuous performance improvement.🎯 Requirements:Excellent spoken English and communication skills.Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a structured environment.Willingness to work night shifts (US timing).Prior experience in BPO/sales (preferred but not mandatory).Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.💼 Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary (based on experience & performance).Travel and attendance allowances.Attractive incentives and performance-based bonuses.A positive and energetic work environment with growth opportunities.
