Job Title: Sales Executive – Gym Memberships Location: Fitvilla Gym, Sector 133, Sector 76, Mayur Vihar Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working | 9-Hour Shift Industry: Fitness / Retail Sales Note: If you are a fitness trainer with good communication skills and are ready to take on a sales role, you will be given special preference and a higher pay package. About Us: Fitvilla is a luxury gym brand with world-class facilities, spread across a spacious 10,000 sq. ft. area. We are on the lookout for passionate individuals who can help us grow by bringing more fitness enthusiasts on board. Key Responsibilities: Greet walk-in clients and explain membership plans. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership options. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain sales records and update daily walk-ins and conversions. Work closely with the fitness team to deliver an exceptional member experience. Who Can Apply: Experience in retail/counter sales or fitness industry preferred. Gym trainers looking to move into sales roles are welcome. Good communication and convincing skills are a must. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
