We are now looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to lead our operations and build a high-performing team for this new location.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote gym memberships and achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with potential leads
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective clients
• Build strong relationships with members and ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain lead records and update daily/weekly sales reports
• Participate in local promotional activities and community outreach
• Support front-desk operations when required

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
• Basic understanding of fitness and wellness (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
• Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends if needed
