Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire safety products and solutions.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell fire safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, alarms) to existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IS standards, fire safety norms).
Coordinate with the technical/service team for after-sales support.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience
: 34 years in sales, preferably in fire safety or industrial products.
Qualification
: Graduate in any discipline; technical diploma/degree preferred.
Skills
:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of fire safety regulations and equipment
Field sales experience and lead conversion abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven

Location Preference
: Willing to travel for client meetings/site visits.
Language
: Fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
Certifications
: Fire & Safety certifications (optional but advantageous).
