Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire safety products and solutions. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals. Present, promote, and sell fire safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, alarms) to existing and prospective clients. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals in alignment with company goals. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management. Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IS standards, fire safety norms). Coordinate with the technical/service team for after-sales support. Preferred candidate profile Experience : 34 years in sales, preferably in fire safety or industrial products. Qualification : Graduate in any discipline; technical diploma/degree preferred. Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of fire safety regulations and equipment Field sales experience and lead conversion abilities Self-motivated and target-driven Location Preference : Willing to travel for client meetings/site visits. Language : Fluency in English and local languages is a plus. Certifications : Fire & Safety certifications (optional but advantageous).
Role & responsibilities Operate and maintain the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) as per standard operating procedures. Monitor effluent parameters and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Record daily operational data, flow rates, and chemical dosages. Perform regular inspections of pumps, valves, aerators, filters, and other equipment. Handle and dose chemicals like coagulants, flocculants, pH adjusters, etc., safely. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of ETP machinery. Coordinate with the maintenance team for troubleshooting issues. Ensure the ETP area is clean and all safety protocols are followed. Prepare reports for audits and submit them to environmental authorities or management. Maintain logbooks and update the daily treatment performance reports. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Chemical / Mechanical) Mandatory Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ETP operations. Skills: Knowledge of pollution control norms and wastewater treatment processes. Ability to handle chemicals safely. Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. Good observation and record-keeping skills. Other: Willing to work in shifts; safety-conscious and team-oriented.
