Sales Executive Financial Services

As a Sales Executive in Financial Services based in Gurgaon/Faridabad, your primary responsibility would be to promote products and services to clients and potential customers. You would be required to establish and maintain partnerships and alliances with Vehicle OEMs, local officials, and their dealers. Building strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs will be a key aspect of your role. It is essential to be fluent in the local language in order to effectively manage the local team and clients in the designated area. Negotiating contracts and sales deals with clients while ensuring a balance between their needs and the organization's interests is a crucial part of your job. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to position our offerings as the best choice for customers will be necessary. Attending trade shows, exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional events is also expected. You will be responsible for recording sales figures, generating reports, and communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and other third parties. Achieving set sales targets is a key performance indicator for this role. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert sales activities into data using computers and mobile apps. Moreover, a willingness to travel extensively to engage with the market, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is required. The role involves working in Retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC. Candidates with field sales knowledge and a strong interest in the field are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with six working days a week, targeted at male candidates up to 27 years old.
