Sales Executive Financial Services

Role Overview: You will be joining Dellorz as a Tele-Sales Executive, where your main responsibility will be to contact potential clients, generate leads, and assist wealth managers in converting leads into satisfied clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a drive for results, and an interest in financial services. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce financial products and services. - Identify and qualify leads who are genuinely interested in wealth management solutions. - Assist wealth managers by providing pre-qualified leads and supporting the sales process. - Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. - Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to the team. Qualifications & Skills: - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. - Basic understanding of financial products and services is preferred but not mandatory. - Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections. - Ability to work collaboratively with wealth managers and other team members.
