Sales Executive (Field Sales | Solar Industry | 25K + Incentives)

We are hiring energetic Sales Executives to join our growing Solar Industry team. This role involves field sales, customer calling, site visits, and client meetings to convert leads into successful solar installations.

📍 Location: Delhi NCR & Uttar Pradesh

💰 Salary: ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives

🚗 Travel: Frequent travel for site visits & customer meetings

Key Responsibilities

• Call and meet customers to explain solar benefits & solutions.

• Work on both self-generated leads and leads provided by the marketing team.

• Conduct site surveys (electricity bill, roof photos, property details).

• Present customized proposals and close sales.

• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with the operations team.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Business/Engineering preferred).

• 1–3 years of sales experience (solar/real estate/consumer durables preferred).

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

• Must be comfortable with field sales & frequent travel
