As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and building strong relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acquiring new clients (individuals and corporate) through effective sales techniques and relationship building. - Generating queries and working on market opportunities to convert them into business. - Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing or product to engage clients and foster long-lasting relationships. - Meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets. - Building a robust network of customers to drive repeat business. - Identifying and exploring new markets and profitable business opportunities. - Monitoring competition, generating MIS reports, and devising effective counter-strategies to stand out from competitors. - Understanding customer needs and developing plans to address them, including assisting with compliance questions, problems, and/or concerns. - Aiming to preserve customers and ensure customer satisfaction. - Possessing local knowledge of the competition. - Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. Qualifications required for this role: - Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. - Ability to develop a rapport with clients. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset. - Local knowledge of the competition. - Experience in sales, client servicing, or business development preferred; freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
