We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, generating queries, building long-lasting relationships with clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and identifying new market opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to engage clients effectively and provide solutions to address customer needs. Monitoring competition, generating reports, and devising counter-strategies will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset are essential. Local knowledge of the competition is preferred. While experience in sales or business development is a plus, we also welcome freshers with good communication skills. We are specifically looking for female candidates who are passionate about client servicing and strive for success.
