*Key Responsibilities:*

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer data and interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

*Requirements Education:* Graduation is mandatory.

*Experience:* 1-4 yrs

*Skills:* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong ability to manage and nurture customer relationships. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated with the initiative to pursue sales opportunities independently. Familiarity with maintaining a digital presence for networking and outreach.
