Job Title: Sales Executive – Home Cleaning Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of our home cleaning products through both retail and wholesale channels in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and a passion for consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new retail and wholesale clients in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present product features and benefits effectively to clients.
• Track market trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure timely product availability
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Gather customer feedback and provide actionable insights to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in home care or cleaning products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• In-depth knowledge of the Gurgaon market.
• Must own a two-wheeler for local travel and client visits.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Holidays: National holidays and selected festival holidays (as per company policy)
• Candidate must have two wheeler.
