Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the sales of our automation projects and general automation related products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in the factory automation sector within the Delhi-NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct professional client meetings (both in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, present company capabilities, and propose appropriate automation solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to contract closure. This includes:
  • Calling and Cold-Calling prospective clients.
  • Developing and delivering compelling technical presentations.
  • Preparing detailed commercial and technical proposals.
  • Conducting consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
  • Market & Product Focus: Focus on selling both:
  • Automation Projects: Robotics, conveyor systems, control panel integration, and custom automation solutions.
  • Products: Standard automation and manufactured products like PLC, gear-motors, sensors, conveyors and specific control panel units etc.
  • Pipeline Development: Strategically develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Market Expertise: Maintain strong awareness of the Delhi-NCR industrial landscape, competitor activities, and current automation trends.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience specifically within the factory automation, industrial machinery, or engineering/controls industry.
  • Regional Knowledge: Strong working knowledge and established contacts within the Delhi-NCR industrial area (Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, etc.).
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and effectively communicate the technical specifications of industrial automation products (e.g., PLCs, drives, robotics, conveyor systems).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be target-oriented, persuasive, and possess a professional demeanour.
  • Mobility: Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region for meetings and site visits.
  • Education: A relevant technical degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
