Job Description

Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of field employees, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively. Plan, coordinate, and guide team efforts to ensure efficiency, productivity, and target-meeting performance. Oversee staff members on the job site, providing guidance and support. Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Draft budgets for each project. Report progress back to management at the office. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction. Operational Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor market needs and trends for new products. Develop, maintain, and update functional policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation. Other Potential Responsibilities: Recruit new employees for the field team. Schedule field service representatives. Assist in strategic growth and business development. Develop, implement, and maintain budgets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
