 CTC: ₹LPA (Fixed) + Performance-based incentives

Role Description

As a Sales Executive at ThinkStartup, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and driving revenue by closing deals. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to grow in a high-performance environment. Youll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and clear growth pathways within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Build and nurture client relationships

convert leads into customers

Open to learn 

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure student enrollment. 

Qualifications:

Recent graduates or 0 to 1 year of sales experience

Strong communication skills

Target‑driven, coachable, and hungry to learn

Not open to relocation: (i.e., candidates must already be in Gurgaon)

Minimum qualification graduations
