Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Engagement & Sales:

  • Present and sell Earthcraft Digital's full suite of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
  • Social Media Marketing & Management
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Website Design & Development
  • Tailor sales pitches and proposals to align with the specific needs and goals of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
  • Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and campaigns are successful.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, outlining key performance indicators (KPIs), sales activities, and progress toward targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
