As a Sales Executive at Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre in Chennai, your role revolves around promoting the hospital's IVF and fertility services, generating patient leads, building referral networks, and achieving revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include field marketing, relationship building with healthcare professionals, patient counseling support, and brand promotion activities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new patient leads for IVF and fertility treatments - Build relationships with gynecologists, general physicians, diagnostic centers, and clinics - Develop corporate and community referral networks - Conduct field visits to expand hospital outreach - Promote IVF packages and fertility services - Organize camps, awareness programs, and health talks - Participate in medical events and exhibitions - Distribute promotional materials and maintain brand visibility - Follow up with leads and inquiries - Coordinate with counsellors and medical teams - Support patient conversion from inquiry to treatment - Maintain confidentiality and patient data records Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field - 0-2 years of experience in hospital/IVF/healthcare sales (preferred) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of fertility treatments is an advantage If you are passionate about healthcare sales and have the drive to excel in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
