Hospital Administrative Executive

Location: Tirupur

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the hospital or assigned departments
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Manage hospital records, patient documentation, and administrative systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies
• Supervise non-clinical staff including front office, billing, and housekeeping teams
• Support HR functions including staff scheduling, attendance, and onboarding
• Prepare administrative reports and present updates to hospital management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree (MHA/MBA) preferred

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration
• Prior experience in managing hospital operations or departments is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hospital operations, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
