Job Title: Nursing Head / Head Nurse

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality patient care standards
• Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with doctors, administrators, and other departments for seamless patient care
• Monitor patient care outcomes and address issues promptly

Qualifications & Requirements :

• B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• Valid nursing license/registration
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, nursing standards, and patient care protocols
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
