Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage channel distribution by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with distributors, and increasing sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets and goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Handle primary sales activities such as visiting retail stores to promote products and resolve customer issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in FMCG industry or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of Channel Distribution, General Trade, Primary Sales, and Distributor Handling concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.
