Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students about various medical and healthcare courses listed on Docthub.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable academic programs.
Coordinate with the PPC and social media teams to generate and manage student leads.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, calls, and admissions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/conversion targets.
Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare education and admission procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, student admissions, or education sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills;
fluent in English
is mandatory.
Basic understanding of
social media and PPC campaigns
.
Background in
medical, healthcare, or life sciences
preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
