Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets to maximise hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers.
• Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and hotel site inspections with clients.
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up for closures, and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain a strong database of corporate accounts and update records regularly.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience as per client requirements.
• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and networking events to increase hotel visibility.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the management review.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to increase market share.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with the hotel’s policies and brand standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
