We are looking for a highly driven and confident Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
Generate high-quality leads through various channels and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Convert leads into successful sales and long-term business partnerships.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain and update a database of clients and prospects.
Present, promote, and sell services using solid communication skills.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Cold Calling / Lead Conversion.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
Must be based in Pune – applications from other locations will not be considered.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.
