We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency providing services like Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, and Branding.

We are looking for a Sales & Client Executive who can manage inquiries, follow up with leads, explain services to prospects, and assist in converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads and make timely follow-ups via call, WhatsApp, and email.

Understand client needs and suggest appropriate digital marketing services.

Prepare quotations and share service proposals.

Coordinate with the agency owner/team to finalize deals.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals or referrals.

Help in collecting feedback and testimonials from satisfied clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, client service, or digital marketing.

Good communication skills (English & Hindi both preferred).

Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training can be provided).

Confidence in explaining services and handling client queries.

Organized, punctual, and result-oriented personality.
