Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and gamer-savvy Sales Executive to drive creator acquisition. You’ll be the face of Glitchover to streamers—pitching our platform, closing deals, onboarding them, and managing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential gaming streamers and content creators (globally)2. Pitch Glitchover via calls, emails, and DMs with compelling, tailored communication3. Deliver strong presentations and pitch decks that convert interest into action4. Close deals and onboard creators onto the Glitchover platform5. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure streamer satisfaction and retention6. Act as the go-to account manager for creators you bring in7. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales and outreach strategies8. Use and manage community tools like Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and more9. Track leads, maintain CRM records, and report regularly on progress

Who You Are:
1. A confident and persuasive communicator2. You live and breathe gaming, streaming, and creator culture
3. Knowledge of platforms like Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and the broader creator ecosystem4. Experience in outbound sales, BD, or partnerships is a big plus5. Bonus: Previous work with influencers, esports teams, or gaming startups
