Job Title Sales Executive

Focus Sales of Diagnostic Medical Equipment
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement: Actively promote and sell the company’s range of diagnostic medical equipment, reagents, and services to pathology labs, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers within the Nagpur and Thane regions.
Business Development: Identify and prospect new customer opportunities, generate leads, and conduct cold calls/visits to expand the company's market share.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent, long-term relationships with pathologists, lab owners, purchase managers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the company’s diagnostic products, their technical specifications, competitive advantages, and clinical applications.
Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions tailored to the specific needs of potential customers.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide timely feedback to the management team.
Experience
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience in the Diagnostic, Medical Device, or Pathology/IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) industry.
Must have direct experience selling laboratory equipment (e.g., hematology analyzers, chemistry analyzers, microbiology devices, etc.).
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.), Pharmacy, or a relevant Biomedical/Life Science field is preferred.
Essential Attributes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
Strong understanding of the pathology and clinical diagnostic workflow.
High level of self-motivation, target-orientation, and a consistent track record of achieving sales quotas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
