Position: Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports of sales activities and follow-ups.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and real estate regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
