Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing quality personal service to For Eyes customers by selling and dispensing eyeglasses, non-prescription sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories. Your main goal will be to satisfy customer needs, uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service, and encourage customer recommendations and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers promptly, courteously, and professionally by helping them with frame and lens selection, completing all required paperwork accurately, measuring and ordering customer spectacles. - Dispense optical eyewear following professional standards and in compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations. - Achieve established sales and customer service goals and objectives. - Perform repairs, adjustments, and deliveries of eyewear as needed, ensuring the accuracy of completed eyewear. - Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and courteously. - Follow proper procedures for accepting checks and credit cards, act as a cashier, and handle money accurately for customers and co-workers. - Maintain positive working relationships with other employees, customers, and vendors. - Perform any other assignments as required. Qualification Required: - Some retail sales and/or customer service work experience. - Knowledge of basic mathematics and algebra. - Present a professional image. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. - Occasional travel and work in different store locations within the district. Additional Details: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be below 30 years of age. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a background in the optical line being an added benefit.,
