We are a growing dairy company engaged in the production and distribution of *liquid milk, paneer, cheese, ghee, dahi, and related products. We're looking for a **dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive* to help us expand our footprint across *West Bengal and neighboring regions*.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth across existing and new markets
* Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional clients
* Develop strong relationships with channel partners and customers
* Meet monthly sales targets and report progress
* Understand market trends and competitor activity
* Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries
### Requirements:
* Prior sales experience in FMCG or dairy preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across Bengal and nearby states
* Self-motivated and target-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
