Sales Executive / Customer Support Executive (Arabic Speaker)

We are a leading Basmati Rice company seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive / Customer Support Executive with proficiency in Arabic speaking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, doing sales and supporting our Arabic-speaking clients and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers and clients
• Handle sales inquiries, orders and customer support requests
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers
• Follow up on leads and support sales growth in Arabic-speaking markets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent or proficient in Arabic (speaking is mandatory)
• Previous experience in sales or customer support preferred
• Experience in Rice Industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
