Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients via Phone, Skype, and Chat.
Make telephone calls to prospects.
Possess good convincing skills and communicate confidently on the phone.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Perform regular follow-ups and achieve sales closures.

Key Skills:

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Pleasing personality with strong communication (speaking, email writing) skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage.
Awareness of Social Media.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
