Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Mysore
Experience: 3 months to 1.5 years in Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have 3 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales or business development, with fluency in Kannada being a must. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, field visits, or digital platforms
• Understand customer needs and promote suitable products or services
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities
• Maintain and build long-term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager

Requirements:

• 3 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales/business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions confidently
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or computer usage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any graduate or diploma holder
• Background in EdTech, FMCG, Telecom, or related fields is a plus
