Role & responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Manage billing, cash handling, and maintain accurate sales records.
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure products are well displayed.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
Assist in stock management receiving, labeling, and inventory control.
Support store operations including opening and closing procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
