Job Description

Location:

Represent the company at
educational exhibitions, expos, and promotional events
across India.
Present and demonstrate e-learning solutions to
school principals and management
.
Follow up with leads generated from expos and close deals
end-to-end
.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with schools in a professional manner.
Provide regular sales reports, performance updates, and pipeline status.
Maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.

Requirements

Fluent in
English and Hindi
(Gujarati preferred).
Well-presented, confident, and professional appearance for exhibitions.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
0 to 2 years of sales experience
(experience in
education or e-learning
will be an added advantage).
Willingness to
travel across India (maximum 4 travels per month, 2 to 3 days each)
.
Strong ability to learn quickly and handle sales independently.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
22,000/- to 30,000/- CTC
Performance-based bonus.
Paid sick leave & paid time off.

Schedule

Timing:
8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Workdays:
Monday to Saturday
Full-time role.
