Job Title: Sales Executive - Shop Floor Location: Boganvilla Design Studio, Jakkur, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1-2 years preferred in retail/home decor/luxury furnishings About Boganvilla Boganvilla is a bespoke furniture and furnishings studio specializing in custom upholstered pieces, curtains, blinds, wallpapers, and soft furnishings. With a strong design-first approach, we curate spaces that reflect the personality and lifestyle of our clients. Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to be the point of contact for walk-in clients at our flagship studio. Your role will be to assist clients in exploring our collections, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable in-store experience. You will work closely with our senior stylist and contribute to maintaining the aesthetic and organization of our studio floor. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome Showcase curtain fabrics, wallpapers, blinds, and other soft furnishing options Present furniture pieces in the studio, highlighting features, materials, and customization options Support senior stylist in showing and arranging furnishing catalogues, samples, and mood boards Keep catalogues, swatch books, and displays organized and accessible Maintain product knowledge of all items in the studio to answer client queries confidently Ensure cleanliness and professional presentation of the shop floor at all times Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a retail or design studio environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, proactive, and well-organized Ability to multitask and support the sales and styling team Fluent in English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus To Apply: Email your resume to info@boganvilla.in with the subject line: Application - Sales Executive .
