We are urgent required Car Team Leader and Sales Executive for Tata Motors Car Showroom ( Tatibandh/ Mowa/ Rajim / Dhamtari / Kanker) Contact : 9826754400 Job Description Responsible for actively selling cars to potential customers. Greet customers as they arrive at the car dealership, and engage them in conversation to determine their car buying needs. Visit influencers and brokers to generate new enquiry. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the automobile industry. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement sales promotions and campaigns. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. Ascertain that all documents related to cars and their sales are complete and accurate, and handed over to the customers at the close of each sale. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Required Education and skills: · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Presentable, energetic and highly confident. · Strong customer orientation. · Strong selling, interpersonal & negotiation skills. · Good conversation skills. · Persistent and driven. .
